We are providing Consulting and Interim Management services in Belgium and EMEA Region.

With a University Degree – Master of Science in Business Administration (1987-1992) obtained with the first-class honors, Pierre is an experienced international managing advisor used to cover strategic, business, financial and technology matters with 30 years of professional experience including 8 years of collaboration with the Big 4 Advisory Companies.

Pierre has worked in different managing roles in a broad range of sectors including banking, insurance, utilities, industry, retail, manufacturing, transportation, education. As an auditor or as a consultant, Pierre has been very lucky to work for many different customers including major global organizations but also regional SMEs where he gained a lot of valuable experience.

In most cases, Pierre is directly interacting at CXO level in the context of major transformation programs. Pierre’s customers are used to benefit from Pierre’s large experience to initiate, challenge, coordinate and deliver solutions in a large set of domains with a special care for the critical alignment with internal and external stakeholders/partners.

Pierre is usually managing the CHANGE and the RUN leading mixed teams of operational and/or project resources, both internal and external for a total up to about 50 persons. Pierre likes to motivate and coach his team members so that everyone can contribute the best way to common goals.

Pierre’s experience often gained in complex and demanding environments is definitively a strong asset where he can make the difference .
